Connect your AI assistant to your Cloud Factory partner account. The server lets the assistant look up your customers and their subscriptions across the vendors you buy through Cloud Factory, using your own login and your own permissions.
Who this is for. The MCP server is for Cloud Factory partner users who administer their customers in the Partner Portal and who understand how AI assistants behave. The assistant sees exactly what your user account may see, nothing more.
You verify the output. AI assistants can misread, summarise wrongly or invent details. Check what the assistant tells you against the Partner Portal before you act on it towards a customer. You remain responsible for your customers and for how the data is used.
Your customers' data leaves Cloud Factory. What the assistant reads is sent to the AI service behind your assistant under your agreement with that provider. You are responsible for that transfer and for your GDPR obligations towards your customers. See the privacy policy.
Preview. Tools may be added, changed or removed without notice while the server is in preview. Ask your assistant to send feedback to Cloud Factory, or write to [email protected].
Quite a lot. Examples, how-to guides and release notes are available to partners in the Partner Portal under Company > Configuration > MCP.
